We have 3 founding partners, who all previously worked for Home Depot, basically doing the same thing for them that we still do today. Our idea was to make available all the expertise and skill utilized by one of the most admired companies in the nation, and to afford everyone the opportunity to do business on a level playing field where such sophisticated contracts and laws exist, and to do it in a manner where we were only paid for actual results. Our goal is to be fair and objective and to ensure everyone gets what they bargained for, whether they are the Owner, General Contractor, Tenant, or Landlord.
Our team consists of former licensed General Contractors, Engineers, Architects, a CPA with significant experience in commerical real estate, Property Managers, and Big 4 experts. We have been carefully assembling this team over the years in an effort to serve our clients at the highest level possible and to help mitigate the risks inherent in the construction and real estate processses.
